    • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Customized or personalized dolls cannot be returned.
    • Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
  3. Return Process

    • Provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
    • Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.
  4. Refunds

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  5. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If your doll arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Please include photos of the issue.
